Mold removal process

Consultation

A member from our team will call and ask a series of questions. This helps us to know what equipment we need to bring for the mold inspection part of the process.

Inspection

One of our amazing team members will arrive and walk thru the areas of concern. We will do a visual inspection with various tools such as our moisture meters

Containment

We contain the area and use an air filtration device to scrub the air. This ensures that we aren't spread mold spores to other areas and are keeping them contained during the mold removal process.

Demolition

To properly remove the mold we have to remove materials affected by the mold. These materials are bagged in a way that we won't cross contaminate other areas as we remove them from the property.

Cleaning

Once we remove all affected materials we begin cleaning and HEPA vacuuming. The cleaning and HEPA process helps to remove any spores left behind. This can also include cleaning flooring, furniture, and other salvagable belongings within the affected area too.
